Centuri-Six was a planet that was destroyed during a Celestial Emergence.
History[]
Creation and Destruction[]
Centuri-Six was created by a Celestial with a seed planted inside of it, which would allow a new Celestial to be born. Deviants arrived on Centuri-Six as predators, preventing life from expanding to the necessary capacity to allow an Emergence to occur and for the Celestial seed to be born. So, Arishem the Judge sent several Eternals, including Thena, to Centuri-Six to keep the planet's citizens safe. However, the Eternals remained unaware of their true mission to allow an Emergence to occur.
Thena eventually realized that the planet would be destroyed and that all of its inhabitants would die. However, she realized it was too late to save them as the planet was destroyed in an Emergence, resulting in the birth of a new Celestial.[1]
Legacy[]
Remembered by Thena[]
Arishem the Judge attempted to erase Thena's memory of the events of Centuri-Six when he sent her to Earth to repeat her mission along with nine other Eternals. However, something went wrong, and in 1521, Thena began to remember what happened on Centuri-Six, causing her to develop Mahd Wy'ry and attack the other Eternals. Ajak, who was aware of the Eternals' true mission, wanted to remove Thena's memories, but Gilgamesh instead offered to take care of her. Thena told Gilgamesh over the years about Centuri-Six and her time there. She also drew the planet, although Gilgamesh never believed Thena, believing the Eternals to hail from the planet Olympia.[1]
