Tracksuit Mafia Investigation[]
Contacting Kate Bishop[]
- "Ms. Bishop, can you come down to the station for a quick chat?"
"Uh, I'm... I'm sort of unclear what the rules are here. Am I, um, able to ask what this is regarding?"
"Are you aware there was a fire in your apartment last night?" - ―Caudle and Kate Bishop[src]
Caudle was tasked by the New York City Police Department with investigating the criminal activity in New York City, when the apartment building was attacked by the Tracksuit Mafia. Simply knowing only the name and phone number of the owner of the apartment that caught fire last night, Caudle contacted Kate Bishop to ask her question about the incident, since she was an owner of the apartment, but Bishop was not very responsive. Caudle then asked her if she could come down to the station for a questioning but Bishop said that she could not, since she was busy at work, so Caudle rescheduled the meeting to the next morning,[1] however Bishop never came.[2]
Arrest of Jack Duquesne[]
- "I promise you this is all a big misunderstanding. I've never worked a day in my life."
"Well we have some tax records that will beg to differ." - ―Jack Duquesne and Caudle[src]
The NYPD received a call from Eleanor Bishop who reported that Jack Duquesne is a part of the Tracksuit Mafia's money laundering scheme, being a CEO of Sloan Limited. Caudle and Rivera arrived at the Bishop Residence where they arrested Duquesne who did not admit his guilt, stating that he was never affiliated with Sloan. Once Kate Bishop arrived, Duquesne promised them both that he was set up and will clear the misunderstanding as soon as possible, before Caudle and Rivera took him away.[3]
