Carter was a member of the Black Knife Cartel who worked closely under Zane. At the Fisk Shipping Yard in New York City, Carter was checking out container DX-9 from Tamaha when Zane called him over. Carter walked out with Zane when suddenly, Carter was launched forward by an explosion. They turned around seeing the destruction of the building as container DX-9 blew up.[1]
Kidnapping of Maya Lopez[]
Carter reports back to Zane
Carter followed Zane to Tamaha as Zane had a contact who had allegedly kidnapped Maya Lopez. The group arrived at Black Crow's SkateLife and talked with Tyson, who was very hesitant to hand over Lopez without the money. As Tyson got even more hesitant, Walker killed him, leading Tyson's sister to run. Carter found her in the parking lot and came back to report to Zane, who was unbothered. |Carter holds Henry Lopez at gunpoint] Suddenly, the roller skating music came on, automatically shutting off the lights. To fix this, Carter brought Henry Lopez by gunpoint to the breaker where Walker opened it, getting shocked. As Walker was blasted backwards, Henry laughed, earning a side swipe by Carter, who was not happy with the laughing. Maya suddenly appeared and attacked, causing the cartel to fight back. Carter did not leave Henry's side as he held him with a gun to his head until Maya surrendered. Now having Henry on his knees, Carter prepared as Zane attempted to shoot Henry, but was interrupted by a call, saying to leave them. Although angry, Carter complied.[2]
