Synopsis[]
In downtown Chicago, a mysterious weapon called Zodiac has fallen into enemy hands. Captain America, along with agents Natasha Romanoff and Brock Rumlow, are on a race against time to stop the terrorist group before it's too late. But what secrets is S.H.I.E.L.D. keeping about The Zodiac? Are there enemies on both sides of this fight?
Plot[]
At the Willis Tower in Chicago, Baker and his men take over the building, killing the guard at the reception and replacing him, with one of their own. The rest of the men settle on the skydeck, planning to release the Zodiac once the building is filled with people. But before the building is even officially open, Captain America and Brock Rumlow take out the new guard and go to the top floor. They engage the group of terrorists and are soon joined by Black Widow, revealing she had been undercover as Audrey for weeks under Baker's nose and that she knew about Baker's 401k plan. They take out the rest of the men, but Baker jumps out of the window with the Zodiac. Captain America follows him and recovers the Zodiac, Baker then escapes by parachute and Captain America is saved from his descend by Rumlow who shot a rope from a crossbow and pulled him back in to the top floor. Afterwords Captain America wants to know why S.H.I.E.L.D. lied about the Zodiac, labeling it as destroyed. Natasha explains this way nobody would come looking for it.
