Cadre Commander is the leader of the Cadre.

Biography[]

The commander wanted to abduct nobel winner, Sana Amanat so he assigned Eyeball One and Eyeball Two to track down Amanat. However, Captain America and Black Widow caught them in the act, ambushing the two eyeballs. Suddenly, Rogers found the Cadre Headquarters and ambushed the commander who simply laughed at Rogers, saying he was too late. Just then, the Cadre had Amanat, but Rogers caught up, defeating the Cadre and putting the commander in prison.^[1]
