Butch Wallace was an agent of the Strategic Scientific Reserve and Peggy Carter’s co-worker.

Agents Butch Wallace and Yauch refused the request of Ray Krzeminski when he wanted someone to switch shifts with him; Krzeminski wanted to see a show and he was assigned to work night shift.[1]

Wallace shook Peggy Carter's hand and congratulated her when she entered the New York Bell Company Office after saving New York City from Johann Fennhoff's Campaign. He was a witness to when Jack Thompson took credit for the deed before Senator Walt Cooper.[2]
