Sometime after the Snap, Tony Stark built the house on a private island in Mexico for Bruce Banner, adding a laboratory in the basement so he could work on his gamma experiments. Stark also briefly resided at the house, leaving an Iron Legion helmet as well as sets of his clothes there.[1] Banner spent eighteen months on the island and was successful in merging his consciousness with Hulk's body, rendering it his new default form.[2]

Sometime after the Blip, Bruce Banner brought his cousin, Jennifer Walters to his house. When Walters woke up, she spotted a Led Zeppelin T-shirt and bathing trunks on a dresser that were folded for her and got changed. When she left the room, she saw an Iron Legion helmet on a nearby table and inspected it. She then heard Spanish music coming from a basement and called out asking if anyone was there but got no response. She found the stairs and went down them, finding a laboratory and being greeted by Banner in his Hulk form.[1]
