Retaking of the Lemurian Star[]

S.H.I.E.L.D. had discovered that the Lemurian Star had been raided by pirates, led by Georges Batroc. Captain Carter explained the plan to Natasha Romanoff, Rumlow, and a group of STRIKE operatives. Afterward, Rumlow prepared his men for the battle as Carter jumped from the Quinjet to ambush the pirates.[2]

Rumlow arrives to protect Bucky Barnes
Learning that there would be an attempt on Bucky Barnes' life, Rumlow led STRIKE to secure him and take him to a safe location. The Hydra Stomper found Barnes and fired at him, but he was saved by Captain Carter. Rumlow escorted Barnes to safety, but was soon found by the Hydra Stomper. As Barnes spoke to the Hydra Stomper, Rumlow tried to get him to take cover. When Carter fought the Hydra Stomper, Rumlow attempted to fire at him, but she told him not to and he watched as the two flew away.[2]

- Quinjet: Rumlow, alongside Romanoff and led by Carter, used one of the Quinjets to fly to the Lemurian Star in order to stop Batroc and his pirates.
