The Broccoli Man was packaging cargo in the Quantum Realm when he was noticed by Dr. Hank Pym, who acknowledged that his appearance was similar to that of broccoli. He later attempted to flirt with Hope van Dyne at a bar in the Quantum Realm before being interrupted by Janet van Dyne. With his flirtations spurned, he continued to drink at the bar during Janet, Hank, and Hope's meeting with Krylar. During the following conflict between the humans and a team of Quantumnauts summoned by Krylar, the Broccoli Man took the opportunity to escape the bar.
The Broccoli Man later joined the rebellion against Kang the Conqueror and his army after Stature made a speech throughout the realm.[1]
