Latour was a businessman involved in several economic activities, including a liquor store, as well as illegal activities thanks to his affiliation to the Money Hustle Gang, one of the main criminal organizations in New Orleans. He notably owned a salvage yard which was used to park ambulances used by criminals in the framework of a human trafficking operation. This enabled him to considerably enrich himself, acquiring a large house and valuable paintings.[1]
Latour took part in a meeting between the Money Hustle Gang and their rivals, the Uptown Block Kings, after the conflict escalated due to the interference of Cloak in their business.[3] Although the meeting was held in order to maintain some peace, it was disrupted by the arrival of Mayhem, who brutally murdered everyone present at the meeting, including Latour, who found nothing better than a kitchen pan to defend himself. Before dying, Latour found the strength to draw the sigil of the loa Maman Brigitte on the floor.[2]
