Brent is a former friend of Trip.
Biography[]
Brent was a student who attended Rockford T. Bales High School. At some point he befriended Trip, however he eventually became annoyed with this situation. He still took advantaged off the friendship, stealing Trip's tablet, skis, and his Patek Philippe. He noticed how when Trip didn't find them he just bought another one. He also began seeing Trip's sister romantically. Brent became the Co-Host of Trip's Tournament of Titans, commentating a match between Crusher Hogan and Spider-Man with him. He watched as Hogan was thrown out of the ring by Spider-Man and was caught by him. Trip said he owned the Spider-Man I.P. However, Brent informed him that he doesn't, as they ran over to him, as that was stated in anything Spider-Man signed.
The following Monday, he was with Trip as they walked to school. Trip began yelling at Peter Parker about the car parked in Trip's spot. Parker explained it wasn't his and then Brent told him that Parker and his new friend Nico Minoru was the new transfers from Midtown High School. Trip continued to insult Parker till Minoru intervened, insulting Trip back. Brent tried to interjected till Minoru pulled out a phone playing a video where Brent admitted to stealing from Brent and sleeping with Trip sister. Trip then turned his attention to Brent, furious about him sleeping with his sister. He pushed him threatening to kill him. In response, Brent said that the heart wants what the heart wants and that he would like to see him try.[2]
