The Brass Monkey Bartender is a bartender at the Brass Monkey Saloon who worked for Selby.

Working at the Brass Monkey Saloon, the Bartender was approached by Baron Zemo and "Smiling Tiger". Zemo told the Bartender that the Smiling Tiger had business with Selby, so the Bartender made him his eponymous cocktail. Later, Zemo and the Smiling Tiger were confronted by the Brass Monkey goons who told them that they were not welcomed there but the they were brutally beaten by the Winter Soldier. The Bartender later informed Zemo that Selby agreed to see them and invited them to her office.[1]
