Brad is an individual who claimed to have been enthralled by Kilgrave.
Biography[]
Brad heard a notice on the radio seeking people who had been enthralled by a person who could allegedly mind control people. Brad decided to take up this notice and arrived at Hogarth, Chao & Benowitz Office. He talked with another victim, Jessica Jones, who asked him questions like what he looked like. Brad claimed Kilgrave had dreads.[1]
