The "Blue Reptilian Kang" Universe is a universe where Kang is a blue, reptilian humanoid.
Victor Timely was a scientist who accessed the Multiverse and left his universe to study it. Eventually, Timely was forced back to his universe where it was then isolated from the Sacred Timeline until He Who Remains' death.[1][2]
