This page is dedicated to highlighting the comic books that have in some form been adapted into the movies and shows of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The point of this is to gie the fans of this cinematic universe a jumping off point in case they want to see the places from where the MCU pulls ideas. If you think there are issues or storylines, not currently in this list, please write them in the comments. It' still a work in progress, so if your favorite movie or show isnt yet here, don't worry, it'll eventually appear. Sidenotes:

    • In this list, only comics that were released before the movie or show debuted will be included
    • Some comics can be debated on whether they are a direct inspiration, or they just had the same idea the creators, wri…

Where exactly does it say that Wong, Thaddeus Ross, and Jane Foster were victims of the Snap? I didn't see their names or faces appear on the list of decimated victims at the beginning of the film. Jane and Wong not appearing is one thing, but Ross certainly would have, given Ross's high position in the government.

And Wong's face appears on this picture: https://api.time.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/avengers-infinity-war-endgame-alive-dead.png Here the colored characters are the survivors, while the grayed out are the deceased. And Wong is in the former.

What is going on with Sony now?

    February 22, 2020 by IC228

Seriously, I don’t think I am the only person who got a little confused on the Marvel-Sony arrangement.

Tell me if I am wrong:

    1. Spider-Man will be in more MCU movies.

    2. Sony universe will be affected by the MCU, but the opposite won’t happen.

    3. Mobius will have Vulture as a cameo.

    4. Venom will meet Spidey?

    5. Venom cameo in Spider-Man 3?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is refernced Earth-199999 in Official Marvel Guidebook and it said that MCU is part of the Multiverse Marvel created. This is a list about why MCU cant be in this system.

1.) Doctor Strange and Dormammu. In the Doctor Strange movie they say- Dormammu is the destroyer of many Universes that means there is only One Dormammu in the whole Multiverse. Dormammu and the Alternate versions of Dr Strange fought a lot. Not the same Dr Strange but the same Dormammu. Dormammu had to already knew Dr Strange but he didnt, Dormammu had to already knew that Dr Strange can stop him by time stone but he didnt its a very important thinh but he dont remembers. Why it can be? Its because of they are not set in the same Multiverse, …

Hey all, don't know why i put this off for so long, but now that i'm finally getting around to it, so without further ado let's get started with reviewing this past summer's blockbuster Spider-Man: Far From Home where i'll be discussing the obscure throwbacks to the first Iron Man movie, the mid and post credits scenes, etc. So let's first begin with my personal favorite topic and that is the Iron Man movie references starting with the most obvious one and that is the scene that is shown with Peter Billingsley's William Ginter Riva being yelled at by Jeff Bridges's Obadiah Stane and let me just say what a treat it was to see this rare gem of a scene back on the big screen. Now that i've discussed that scene, it's time i talked about the ot…

On March 10, 2016, an announcement absolutely shattered the internet. In the then-upcoming film, Captain America: Civil War, the feud over Marvel’s cinematic character rights with its most popular hero, Spider-Man, had come to an end. After the disappointment felt by many Marvel fans in regards to The Amazing Spider-Man series starring Andrew Garfield, fans were ready for a new iteration of the character by the people that actually knew what they were doing. And so, with this multi-picture deal, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker would go on to later appear in his own films, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home, as well as Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

The specifics of the deal seem largely speculative and seem to be…

  • A fan of many things, including the MCU

Greetings, Shabook. This is going to be a long message... but please, please read the whole thing... I'm truly sorry. No excuses, here, just explanations, points, and suggestions.

Let's start from the beginning. A little over a week ago, I edit three pages: Cloak, Dagger, and the First Battle of Svartalfheim. As often happens, Christthewalrus undoes the edit, this time with David Kaique. Seeing how every other time, trying to talk to them never got me anywhere, I tried doing it their way, resulting in an edit war. Christthewalrus informed me of the rule against it and that they reported me after breaking, despite never knowing the rule, and despite me never reporting on them for undoing edits 4 times, which was more than I ever did, excusi…

    Spider-Man preference

    October 22, 2019 by Agentgdward

    Probably unpopular opinion:

Andrew Garfield is, and will always be my Spider-Man. That's all. I thought he was perfect. I was also so ready to see Peter move on from HS. I'm many many years past it myself. Tom is talented, and there's nothing wrong with his performance. I just can't get into his films.

Time travel is an incredibly messy thing, and Avengers: Endgame in particular has led to endless debates about the rules in the MCU. Over recent years, the MCU has set about establishing its rules when it comes to time travel, being different to the classic sci-fi film rules of rewriting a timeline. It makes their story approach much fresher, but also comes with massive complications.
It has felt like an uncontrollable mess of linked questions and knock-on implications and can really mess with the head. In the end, I decided I had to compile it all and try to get it under control, while making some sense of the questions. Compiling every quote I could find, and intending to add any more as they come, I have tried to strip every quote to the bone…

In the past month-or-so, Marvel Studios have released details for Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and for the first time Marvel Studios will be directly producing a whole host of television series alongside a slate of films. Moving on from the Infinity Saga (the big name for the first three phases) will be hard enough to do without some of the MCU’s major players, but continue they will. So what are some of the highlights from this new phases, and what connects to the MCU of the past?

    A Task on Their Hands

To go forwards you sometimes have to take one step back, which is what Marvel Studios are doing with their first film of phase 4: Black Widow. Scarlett Johnason has finally been given her own solo film after appearing in a …

    Welcome to the "Real-World" Index

One aspect of the earliest Marvel comics that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has not explored yet is the concept of the Giant Monsters: Aliens, supernatural beings, or experiments gone wrong that become large creatures. Spider-Man: Far From Home hinted at them with the Elementals, but maybe, the introduction of the Deviants allows the presence of this kind of characters.

This is a list of the main Giant Monster characters featured in the Marvel multiverse that have appeared or may appear in the future within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Shin Seigi is the successor of the late Steve Rogers as Captain America in a dystopian alternate universe ruled by Iron Majin. He has recruited Spider Man, Black Panther, and Groot to join him on an epic journey to amass an army of heroes from the Toei Tokuverse and bring them to his dimension so they can end Iron Majin's reign of terror.

This blog page is currently under construction!!!

Shin was born to Wayne and Ayaka at the end of the second millenium, living a decent childhood, following up on the exploits of the Power Rangers and constantly learning from them the importance of friendship, teamwork, and inclusiveness. When Tony Stark began his tenure as Iron Man and revealed his secret identity to the public, Shin felt somewhat disappoint…

    Iron Majin (Marvel VS Toei)

    September 20, 2019 by GokaiWhite

Iron Majin is an alternate reality counterpart of Tony Stark, who had turned evil and conquered the Earth by 2023.

This page is currently under construction!!!

In a split from the main timeline where Thaos was supposed to have defeated Iron Man, not only did the opposite happen, but Tony actually killed Thanos, creating a future which even Dr. Strange could not foresee. At that moment, Tony felt an unsettlingly evil energy, coming from Thanos' corpse, overtake his body and turn him into the ultimate embodiment of his inner darkness. This newly evil Iron Man slaughtered Peter Quill, Drax and Mantis, critically injures Nebula, and takes Strange and Peter Parker hostage before returning to Earth with the Infinity Gauntlet and stones in hand. Tra…

    Editor Rewards

    September 16, 2019 by Shabook

If you follow the news from FANDOM, the site that hosts this and many other wikis, perhaps you are aware that, starting a month ago, they have decided to start with a program in order to recognize and reward editors with physical gifts.

In this program, called the Editor Rewards, editors have been chosen from across all wikis to receive a gift, and turns out I've been chosen! I've already received a custom wiki hoodie.

However, more important than the gift, is the recognition from the FANDOM staff of the last six years of hard work in this wiki, and some more in other wikis before. That is the part that makes me proud.

But this is not just down to me. All editors in this wiki haveplayed a big part too, and I'd like to thank all of you, despit…

    Black Widow LMD Theory

    September 14, 2019 by Rochman999

The following contains spoilers for Avengers: Endgame and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6.

In Endgame we all saw Black Widow fall off of a cliff on Vormir in order to sacrifice herself in an attempt for the Avengers to get the soul stone all undo the Decimation, which appeared to be the end of Natasha Romanoff. However, recent evidence in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 points toward a way that Black Widow may still be alive, as a Life Model Decoy or LMD for short. In the final scene of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season six finale, we found out that Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons used old data from the LMD program to bring Phil Coulson back using his old memories from the Framework and Chronicom hardware. As we know, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is no lo…

Okay so with the release dates for tons of new Marvel stuff, I have some really cool ideas. My mind is racing, so with out further ado, here is what I want the next phases to be.

    PHASE 4:

Black Widow-2020-Red Guardian introduced, and movie sees him fall into a coma, opening possibilities to future appearances. Taskmaster disappears into a stormy ocean. Fans then wonder: Could he still be alive?

The Eternals-2020-Many new heroes introduced, the villain, is suprisingly, The Son of Satan from the comics. Son of Satan is vanquished, and The Eternals meet The Guardians of the Galaxy (Thor included.) in the post credits. Eternals point them in the direction of Original Gamora. Meaning the Guardians are connected to them in case of another Thanos-li…

    Episodes Titles

    September 6, 2019 by TraceFinder

I started this project as I mistakenly thought that unlike other Wikias dealing with TV series, the Marvel Cinematic Universe Wiki did not address the origin of the episodes' titles (it actually does in the Trivia Pages). I thought that a blog post wight be welcome to fill in this blank. For each episode, I try not only to explain the title, but also to give quote taken from the episode which can be linked to the title. Don't worry about the missing info, I will progressively add them.

Episode number Episode title Title explanation Quote
1.01 Pilot Self-explanatory. However it is fun to notice that Phil Coulson recruits Melinda May as a pilot for his team in this episode.

1.02 0-8-4 0-8-4 is the codename used by S.H.I.E.L.D. for objects of unkno…

Now it's been over a year since Thanos snapped his fingers and wiped out half of all life, and 3 months since the Avengers reversed that, but here's a thought, Did Doctor Strange know about everything?

    • When i first saw Infinity War in Theatres i thought when strange predicted the 1/14 million thing was the attack on wakanda to obtain the Mind Stone but in reality it was the whole battle with 2014 Thanos
    • Remember how Dr. Strange demanded Thanos to spare Tony Stark's Life in exchange for the Time Stone, i think Dr. Strange knew about Iron Man having to be the one who would kill the alternate Thanos by snapping his fingers resulting in his death.

    List of Famous People

    August 18, 2019 by Farizhf27

This is a list of famous people in Marvel Cinematic Universe, based on real people in real-life.

Achilles or Achilleus (Ἀχιλλεύς) was a hero of the Trojan War, the greatest of all the Greek warriors, and is the central character of Homer's Iliad. He was the son of the Nereid Thetis and Peleus, king of Phthia.

Achilles' most notable feat during the Trojan War was the slaying of the Trojan prince Hector outside the gates of Troy. Although the death of Achilles is not presented in the Iliad, other sources concur that he was killed near the end of the Trojan War by Paris, who shot him in the heel with an arrow. Later legends (beginning with Statius' unfinished epic Achilleid, written in the 1st century AD) state that Achilles was invulnerable in al…
