The Blip was a plot by the Avengers to resurrect half of all life.

Thanos snapped his fingers using all Infinity Stones, which wiped out half of all life.[1]
Blip[]
Five years later, the Avengers plotted to obtain all six Infinity Stones, which they eventually did. They then snapped their fingers, allowing all life to come back. They then had a subsequent fight with Thanos, leading to his and Iron Man's deaths.[1]
Aftermath[]
Once saving the Emergence Response Team, Doctor Strange had to talk to them about all that transpired in the Blip and afterwards.[1]
