The Black Monolith is one of three Monoliths stored inside the Lighthouse.
History
As Melinda May and Leo Fitz, who had returned to the present along the rest of their team, were exploring the Lighthouse's technology storage, they found the Black Monolith, along with a grey and white one. Noah, a Chronicom, explained to them that it is unknown where the monoliths came from.[1]
