  • In the comics, the Black Knife Cartel was a criminal organization based in Colombia led by Teodor Zarco that supplied weapons and drugs to criminals in the United States. The cartel ceased to exist when Bullseye was sent to Colombia to rescue the son of a New York mobster who had supposedly been kidnapped by the Black Knife Cartel, which resulted in Bullseye killing many of the cartel's members, including Zarco.
