Thor's Party[]
Once Thor's party had been recognized across the universe, Loki and the Frost Giants decided to join his party. A group of Frost Giants led by Loki decided to head to the Mount Rushmore National Memorial and vandalize it, creating ice structures around the faces of the memorial using the Casket of Ancient Winters. After word that Frigga was heading to Midgard, Thor broke the structures using Mjølnir.[1]
HYDRA's Mount Rushmore[]
Once HYDRA defeated the Allies during World War II, they conquered the world. Wanting to assert his reign, HYDRA leader Johann Schmidt had the Mount Rushmore National Memorial remade in his image.[2]
