Black Bolt's Helmet is the helmet worn by the King of the Inhumans, Blackagar Boltagon, consisting of a fork that amplified his powers.

Black Bolt uses the fork on his helmet
Donning his helmet and suit, Black Bolt and the rest of the Illuminati arrived on Titan to fight Thanos, who threatened to rage war on the universe for the Infinity Stones. During the battle, Doctor Strange performed a dangerous maneuver by using the Darkhold to dreamwalk and defeat Thanos. As a result, multiple universes were detroyed, leading to a guilt-ridden Strange to agree to be executed. Black Bolt stepped up to his old friend in preparation. As his helmet's fork glowed, he said goodbye to his friend, letting his voice obliterate Strange.[1]

In 2024, Black Bolt was summoned to a meeting by Baron Mordo, who had found an alternate Doctor Strange in their universe. Black Bolt arrived in his full suit and helmet as he listened to the Illuminati, as well as Strange's testimony. In the meeting, they told Strange what happened to his counterpart and were neglectful towards Strange's warnings of Scarlet Witch, who had the Darkhold. Suddenly, the alarm sounded as a dreamwalking Scarlet Witch walked into the Illuminati Headquarters.
Black Bolt and his helmet are destroyed
Black Bolt, Captain Carter, Captain Marvel and Mister Fantastic met Scarlet Witch at the gate after she destroyed their Ultron Sentries. Richards tried to talk Maximoff down as he explained that Black Bolt could end her with a mere whisper. Boltagon proceeded to prepare his helmet and voice if need be. Maximof returned the warning with a threat, asking Boltagon where his mouth went. Black Bolt looked down to see his mouth gone. In agony, he screamed, only for his voice to be trapped in his head, blowing out the side of it, killing him as well as destroying his helmet.[1]
