While cleaning some graffiti on a sign board at Trillemarka National Park, Bjorn and his partner, Neils, approached the location of the Berserker Staff after hearing a chainsaw. After arriving, they saw that Jakob Nystrom and Petra Larsen had used the chainsaw to remove a staff from inside of a tree. Bjorn was killed by Larsen when she was testing the powers granted by the staff.[2]
