Biography

In 2018, Billy Peskers was alone in his apartment before being killed in the Snap. Some time after his death, a different family moved into his apartment. Peskers happened to be naked at the time of his initial disappearance, causing his sudden and unexpected reappearance roughly five years later to terrify the new tenants.
