William "Billy" Johnson is an engineer working at the Roxxon Gulf Platform.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Billy Johnson worked at Roxxon Corporation for many years, making engineer by the time he was a teenager. When it was time for his younger brother, Tyrone, to get a job, Johnson got him a job at Roxxon and the two worked on the Roxxon Gulf Platform together. Tyrone noticed skewed pressure analytics in the core room, but Johnson told him that spikes were normal before the pressure kicks.[1]
Meeting Tandy Bowen[]
While working at the Roxxon Gulf Platform, Johnson overheard his brother, Tyrone, talking to a woman who said she was from corporate, so Johnson introduced himself and his brother. Johnson apologized that she came for no reason, since the platform's pressure analytics were skewed. Bowen responded with confusion, although their conversation was cut short when Mina Hess came and yelled at Bowen, refusing to have who she believed to be a spy on the rig. Johnson and Tyrone watched the two argue before Hess left, and Johnson went back to work.[1]
