Billy is a patient at Birch Psychiatric Hospital.
Biography[]
In 2015, Billy was living under a bridge before being committed to Birch Psychiatric Hospital. He was diagnosed with paranoid personality disorder.
The following year, after Danny Rand was taken mistakenly to the Birch Psychiatric Hospital, Simon gave him a tour around the complex. He showed Danny several of the patients, explaining the reasons why they were under medical attention. One of them was Billy, who was still at the Hospital with no sign that he would be leaving anytime soon.[1]
