Billy is an employed nurse at Metro-General Hospital. He was the assistant to Stephen Strange and inadvertently caused Strange's near fatal car accident by sending him medical details while Strange was driving.
Biography
Billy began working at Metro-General Hospital where he met and befriended, brilliant neurosurgeon Stephen Strange and eventually became one of his assistants. During various surgical operations, Billy would play music at the suggestion of Strange and have the latter guess the music correctly which he was able to do each time, much to Billy's and his fellow assistants' frustration.
Billy would later inadvertently cause Strange's near-fatal car crash by sending him medical records while Strange was driving at high speed, preparing to go to a dinner.[1]
