William James "Bill" O'Reilly Jr. is an American television host, author, syndicated columnist and political commentator.

O'Reilly criticized Tony Stark for his failure to live up to his promise to protect America as Iron Man, as well as his decision of appointing Pepper Potts as CEO of Stark Industries.[2]
