While Korg and Thor were both preparing for their Contest of Champions, Thor had struggled to choose his weapon, in the wake of Mjølnir being destroyed by Hela. Hoping to help, Korg suggested he use the Three Pronged Spear, which Thor had rejected as Korg noted that it would not be useful unless Thor was fighting three vampires who were standing together.[1]
