It is not an official name and was chosen in order to differentiate each universe in the ever growing Multiverse.

The "Berserker Drax" Universe is an alternate reality where Drax the Destroyer was driven insane by his desire of revenge.

History

Kidnapped Drax

Drax the Destroyer became so angered and driven by a need for revenge that he was driven insane and became immensely powerful. This led Stephen Strange to become aware of Drax and kidnap him, hoping to kill him in the Forge and resurrect his destroyed universe. Strange kidnapped Drax, who was later freed along with the other prisoners by Captain Carter, leading to a riot which Drax participated in. Strange attempted to drop Drax into the Forge, but Carter and Kahhori saved him and sent him back to the Berserker Drax universe.
