Biography[]
Bennett and his brother, Elling, lived in Delacroix, Louisiana with their father and attended the same school as AJ and Cass. Their father was somewhat neglectful of his own children, refusing to get up before noon and leaving his children to show up to school still hungry. However, both Bennett and Elling were too proud to ask anyone for help with their food problem. Knowing about this problem, Sarah Wilson cooked extra lunches herself and asked AJ and Cass to ensure that both Bennet and Elling received them, to their gratitude.[1]
