Belinda was recently married to her fiancee Keith. On March 17, 2027, Belinda was at New York Mutual Bank along with Keith when a group of bank robbers led by Devlin to rob the bank came in and started to round up hostages including her and her husband, as well as the assistant bank manager, Yusuf Khan and Matt Murdock. When the NYPD arrived and Detective Angie Kim requested Devlin release two hostages as a sign of good faith, Devlin commanded to Belinda and Murdock to get up, announcing they would be released. Belinda refused to leave her husband, but Keith tried to tell her to go without him. Murdock offered for Keith to take his place, which Devlin conceded to and let Yellow escort the couple out where they meet up with officers who guided them to safety.[2]
