- The Mohawk tribe go about their day, picking crops and making food. Kahhori watches from the roof and figures the elders are distracted enough. She jumps down and tells her brother, Wáhta to follow her. They run through the dense forests as Wáhta struggles to keep up. They make it to the top of a mountain near an old battlefield as Wáhta collapses to the ground, catching his breath. They then find a skeleton.[5][2]
- Wáhta warns her that the place is cursed, but Kahhori says that it is only that way because no one cleansed the place from the bloodshed. She talks about the tales of the search for the Forbidden Lake and how it could take them to the Sky World. However, the groups fought instead of working together. They walk some more until they come across what they believe to be the lake. However, Kahhori figures it cannot be, given its size and ducks. Suddenly, they hear gunshots from the village.[5][2]
- Attack on the Akwesasne Village:
- The siblings run back to Akwesasne, only to find it burning up in flames with the Conquistadores taking prisoners. Kahhori and Wáhta hide, but are found by Rodrigo Gonzolo, who orders his men after them.[5][2]
- The siblings run through the forest again and into the old battlefield. They suddenly fall through the ground as a sinkhole is formed. In a cave now, they get up and keep running. They soon come across a blue lake, which to their awe is the real Forbidden Lake. They hear the conquistadores following, so they hide.[5][2]
- A soldier arrives and sees the lake, exclaiming that he found what they were looking for. Wáhta then shuffles in the corner, causing the soldier to follow the sound. Kahhori then throws rocks at the soldier to distract him. Suddenly, Luis arrives and shoots Kahhori, who is hit and falls into the lake as Wáhta exclaims out to her.[5][2]
Kahhori falls into the Forbidden Lake
- Kahhori arrives in Sky World and looks around to see Atahraks, who is glowing from his powers. He helps Kahhori up, welcoming her to Sky World.[5][2]
18th[]
- Kahhori wakes up yelling for Wáhta and finds that her bullet wound healed. She walks outside to find the Sky World residents using their powers. Atahraks greets her and explains that being on Sky World granted them abilities. Kahhori talks about the Forbidden Lake, leaving Atahraks to realize it is forbidden now as he explains he used to be in Akwesasne until he fell into the lake. Kahhori then remembers her village was being attacked.[5][2]
- Kahhori runs through the forest, trying to get back to the portal, only to find it is up in the sky and unreachable. Atahraks calmly explains to her that they do not die and do not age because they are meant to stay in Sky World.[5][2]
Rodrigo Gonzolo imterrogates the Mohawk people
- In Sky World, Kahhori climbs a tree to try and reach the portal. Atahraks watches and tells her that she is stuck there, but still offers to teach her the ways of his people. Kahhori then uses her powers to jump to another branch, impressing Atahraks. Making it to the top of the tree, Kahhori asks why Atahraks thinks she will fail. He tells her that people have tried and failed to leave.[5][2]
- Kahhori levitates a stick in the air and tries to use it as a platform only for it to drop to the ground. She tries again and it able to get three sticks in. She barely makes progress on many other tries, continuously falling to the branches below. She then looks up at the portal claiming that Sky World is not a paradise, but a prison. Suddenly, Atahraks hears a horn, exclaiming that it is time for the hunt. Kahhori looks back at the portal before deciding to join.[5][2]
- Hunt for the Sky World Fruit:
- In the fields, Atahraks tells Kahhori that the Sky World Fruit takes years to sprout. Kahhori asks why they are hunting for fruit instead of just picking them up. Atahraks replies that it would be no fun. A horn is blown, leading the Gakowaneh to wake up and start running, allowing the Sky World people to chase after them.[5][2]
- Everyone uses their super speed to run and pick fruit off of the Gakowaneh. When Kahhori catches up, Atahraks tells her the trick is to jump over the creatures. He then demonstrates, flawlessly picking a fruit. Kahhori runs in front, but she has trouble controlling her speed, accidentally forcing her in front of the Gakowaneh. She puts her hands up to shield herself, accidentally picking the creatures up with her powers.[5][2]
19th[]
- At the Forbidden Lake, Rodrigo Gonzolo allows his men to jump in for eternal life. However, all of his men start getting sucked through the portal, much to his horror. Angry, Gonzolo orders the remaining men to lock up the Mohawk and leave for Spain.[5][2]
- Attack on the Sky World Village:
- The Conquistadores arrive in Sky World and hear the village partying. Luis commands his team to attack. While dancing, Kahhori starts falling in love with the place. However, she spots the Conquistadores in the woods and tells everyone to get down.[5][2]
- The soldiers fire their muskets, but Kahhori steps in front, catching the bullets mid-air. She then takes their guns, causing the conquistadores to flee. However, Kahhori captures them and asks what they have done. She then sees Luis wearing Wáhta's necklace, making her even angrier. Atahraks tries to calm Kahhori down, only for her to get mad at him and everyone else for abandoning the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.[5][2]
Kahhori opens a portal to her home
- Rescue of the Mohawk Tribesmen:
- Kahhori reemerges in the Forbidden Lake and runs to the village, finding it burned down as the conquistadores bring its residents to their boats. She then runs to the water where the Conquistadores are loading up prisoners. Hearing commotion, a soldier searches the shore with his telescope, only to be hit by a rock thrown by Kahhori.[5][2]
- The soldiers prove no match for Kahhori as she easily defeats all of them using Tesseract energy. Gonzolo jumps off his boat to attack. He sets up his weapon but deems her too powerful, so he orders for cannons to be fired. Kahhori sees this and blocks them with a forcefield. However, one cannonball makes it through, managing to hit her.[5][2]
Kahhori defeats the Conquistadores
- The Sky World people attack the boats. Kahhori follows suit and yells for Wáhta, who finds her. She then returns his necklace, explaining how the Sky World people are from the Mohawk people. Wáhta looks on in amazement. As the ships explode, Kahhori blasts the remaining Conquistadores. Back at shore, they watch as the ships burn to pieces.[5][2]

Bradley posted that Rodrigo Gonzalo is starting the search for the Fountain of Youth by attacking Kahhori's village, suggesting that What If... Kahhori Reshaped the World? is set around 1513, the year the search began in the real world. However, Isabella I is shown to still be Queen long after Kahhori defeats Gonzolo, suggesting the episode it is set prior to her death in 1504. Given the history of the search for the Fountain of Youth is altered, it can be taken that it happened during Isabella's reign. Following Christopher Columbus' return to Spain, the earliest Gonzolo could reasonably reach Kahhori's village is May 14, 1493. The main events of the episode, Jacobo's death, the Mendoza brothers' death, and the epilogue of the episode can therefore be distributed between that date and Isabella's death. This places the main events of the episode on July 17-19, 1495, Jacobo's death on November 19, 1497, the Mendozas' death on March 23, 1500, and the epilogue on July 26, 1502.
