The Battle of Beijing was a Deviant attack located in Beijing, and defended by a Dragon, Ikaris, and Sersi.
Background[]
In the 500 years prior, the Eternals have battled many Deviants with weird tendencies in Heian-Kyo, Korea, Córdoba, and the Atlantic Ocean. Unbeknownst to them, these deviants were being controlled by Kappa.
The people of Beijing were working on the Great Wall of China when suddenly, a Deviant attacked, but the Dragon was able to reach it before it hit the ground.[1]
Battle[]
The Sacred Dragon met the flying Deviant in the air where they had an ariel battle. The deviant was strong enough to fly the dragon into the Great Wall of China. The people of Beijing then started to attack the deviant, but were quickly killed. A Master of the Mystic Arts also battled the deviant. Ikaris then joined the battle and threw an uppercut at the deviants, remarking on how ugly it is. Sersi tried to fix the wall saying she wants to see it built someday. She then threw a dagger at the deviant which sliced its tongue clean off. The deviant lunged at Sersi, but got its tail grabbed by Ikaris who threw it and started fighting it in the air. Sersi was then nudged by the injured dragon. She told the dragon to hang tight until Ajak could heal it, but the dragon instead flew up to the deviant. Ikaris then flew through the deviant, killing it. The deviant then fell into the water below.[1]
