"My buyers don't take no for an answer. So, we're either in business together, or we aren't in business together."
Sonny Burch to Hope van Dyne[src]

The Battle at the Oui was a three-sided confrontation between the combined forces of Ant-Man and Wasp, Sonny Burch, and Ghost.

"Who is this guy?"
"Sonny Burch. He traffics in black market technology. He's been getting us what we need to build the tunnel."
Scott Lang to Hank Pym[src]

As Hope van Dyne and Hank Pym were building a tunnel to the Quantum Realm, Hope, who was under an alias, arranged to buy a component from the black market dealer Sonny Burch. The meeting was set for Burch's restaurant Oui, with Pym and Scott Lang accompanying the events from the outside through the surveillance devices in the Wasp Suit. Before the arranged meeting, Burch discovered Hope's true identity from Stoltz.

During the meeting with Hope, Burch refused to give the tunnel part, but mentioned buyers offering to buy Hank Pym's lab and its quantum content, in which Hope refuses. Although Hope initially leaves, Burch kept the money that was being used to buy the component.[1]

Wasp encounters Ghost

"Dad, are you seeing this?"
"Hope, get out of there!"
"I gotta do something."
Wasp, Hank Pym, and Scott Lang[src]

After Hope van Dyne was turned down by Sonny Burch, she attacked his mercenaries in the restaurant in her Wasp Suit. The battle began near the entrance but later ensued in the kitchen. After Wasp neutralized the mercenaries and took the quantum component from Burch, Ghost appeared near the entrance in order to attack Wasp. After Ant-Man arrived in his Ant-Man Suit to aid Wasp, Ghost was overpowered by both of her opponents and disappeared. While Wasp and Ant-Man searched in the kitchen, Ghost found Hank Pym in his van and forced him to give her his miniature lab.[1]

"Are you okay?"
"No. He got the lab."

Following the battle, the trio regrouped at the X-Con Security Consultants Office, where they deduced that they could track the lab and its radiation using spectrometric equipment. They decided to go to Bill Foster for advice and ask about any spectrometric equipment he may have.[1]
