The Battle at Rockefeller Center was a multi-sided confrontation, involving Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, the NYC LARPers, Jack Duquesne, Yelena Belova, Maya Lopez and the Tracksuit Mafia, led by Kingpin.

Eleanor Bishop quits working for Wilson Fisk
As Hawkeye was causing an inconvenience for the Tracksuit Mafia, Wilson Fisk had Eleanor Bishop to deal with the situation, so she hired Yelena Belova to take him out. However, as Eleanor found out that her daughter was getting too close and could get hurt, she had a meeting with Fisk and announced her resignation from their partnership. Fisk responded negatively, so Bishop threatened him by saying that she had kept copies of everything in a safe place as an insurance policy against him, then she walked away, angering Fisk.
Ronin revealed to Maya Lopez that Wilson Fisk was responsible for leading him to her father's location, so Lopez met with Fisk and told him that she decided to abandon her quest to kill Ronin. Lopez also told him that she is stepping down from the Tracksuit Mafia and Fisk allowed her to go, although she was aware that Lopez had turned against him. Frustrated at Barton and Bishop disrupting his business, as well as Eleanor's decision to walk away, Fisk ordered the Tracksuit Mafia to find and kill Eleanor and reclaim the control of the city.
Clint Barton and Kate Bishop prepare for the battle
Belova filmed the conversation between Fisk and Eleanor and sent it to Bishop, as she found out the truth and realized that Fisk was targeting her. Together with Barton, they started to devise a plan to stop the Tracksuit Mafia, so they created more trick arrows for them to use, and collected new suits from Missy. Aware that Eleanor will be attending a Christmas party at the Rockefeller Center, Barton and Bishop asked Grills and the NYC LARPers for help to keep Eleanor safe.[2]

Kazi Kazimierczak targets Clint Barton

Armed with the trick arrows, Clint Barton and Kate Bishop arrived at the Christmas party at the Rockefeller Center which would be attended by Eleanor Bishop. Barton and Bishop also asked some of the NYC LARPers to support them as a backup, pretending to be waiters at the party. Around that time, the Tracksuit Mafia started to gather outside of the building, while Kazi Kazimierczak took a sniper position in an attempt to assassinate Eleanor. Bishop managed to get her mother away from Kazimierczak's scope, so he attempted to take out Barton, which caused a chaos at the party.
Yelena Belova fights against Kate Bishop
As Barton was avoiding Kazimierczak's shots, Grills and Orville started working on evacuating the civilians, while Missy and Wendy Conrad caused a blackout to stop Kazimierczak from shooting. Bishop then encountered Yelena Belova who arrived to kill Barton, and tried to stop her in a fight, but Belova relentlessly pushed through her. Meanwhile, Barton fired a gas arrow at Kazimierczak to force him out of his position but ended up being attacked by Belova who tried to shoot him. Barton avoided her shots and Belova ended up outside of the building, so Bishop followed her and found herself being surrounded by the incoming Tracksuits.
Hawkeye fights against Kazi Kazimierczak
Bishop confronted the Tracksuits in a fight, together with Jack Duquesne who informed Bishop that he had lost track of her mother. A group of the Tracksuits, led by Kazimierczak, entered the building, only to end up in the ambush set by Barton. Barton had a brief altercation with Kazimierczak and triggered the explosives, neutralizing most of the Tracksuits by dropping a ceiling on them. Barton then defeated Kazimierczak and attempted to escape from the incoming reinforcements, but got stuck in the Rockefeller's Christmas tree. Bishop left the LARPers and Duquesne to help civilians to get away and caused the Christmas tree to fall down, so Barton could get out.
Hawkeye and Kate Bishop fight the Tracksuits
Both Barton and Bishop found themselves surrounded by the Tracksuits, so they proceeded to unleash their trick arrows, eliminating the incoming Tracksuits. Barton and Bishop managed to hold off the countless Tracksuits, but more of them kept coming, so they fended them off with their fighting ability. As most of their allies were defeated, some Tracksuits attempted to run over Barton and Bishop with their truck, but Bishop stopped them with the Pym Particles arrow. Grills then informed Bishop that her mother was spotted leaving the building, so she rushed over there to save her, while Barton was confronted by Belova.
Maya Lopez confronts Kazi Kazimierczak
While Barton was busy fighting Belova, Kazimierczak attempted to use this opportunity to take Barton out but got attacked by Maya Lopez who hit two Tracksuits with her motorcycle. Lopez was determined to get her revenge but tried to persuade Kazimierczak into putting the Tracksuit Mafia behind and leaving with her. Kazimierczak did not listen to Lopez and told her that there was no way out for him and engaged in a fight with Lopez, only to lose and get heavily wounded by her.
Kate Bishop fights against Wilson Fisk
Eleanor attempted to escape from the Rockefeller Center, however, she got caught by Wilson Fisk who killed her bodyguards and prepared to get her next. Bishop demanded him to get away from her mother and fired an arrow at him but it was not effective against Fisk who pushed her away. Eleanor then hit Fisk with her car, making him wreck into the nearby store, although it did not stop him either. Bishop sealed the hole in the wall with an electric net arrow to prevent Fisk from hurting her mother. In the fight, Fisk easily overpowered Bishop and broke her trick arrows, however, Bishop used his cufflink to trigger the explosives in the arrows under his feet. The shock wave of the explosion neutralized Fisk and forced him to lose his consciousness.
Hawkeye tries to reason with Yelena Belova
Face to face with Barton, Belova demanded him to tell what happened with Natasha Romanoff and he told Belova that Romanoff sacrificed her life to save the universe and he could not stop her. Belova was not satisfied with his response and attacked Barton who tried to convince her that her death was her own choice, and nobody killed her. Belova was furious that Barton let her die and prepared to finish him but Barton made her realize that Romanoff was equally important to them both and he told Belova how Romanoff cared about her. Belova eventually realized that Romanoff would not want any of that to happen and decided to spare Barton's life.
Wilson Fisk is confronted by Maya Lopez
In the aftermath of the battle, the New York City Police Department arrived at the scene, and Caudle and Rivera arrested Eleanor for the murder of Armand Duquesne III. Fisk managed to regain his consciousness and get away from the scene before the police could find him and take him into custody. As Fisk was making his way through the streets, he ended up being confronted by Lopez who was determined to get her revenge for the death of her father. Ignoring Fisk's pleas about the family, Lopez pointed her gun at him and pulled the trigger.[2]

As authorities converged on the scene, Maya Lopez caught Clint Barton's attention, who expressed his apology, which Lopez accepted before leaving New York City.[3] She then located Wilson Fisk, whom she shot in the face.
By the next day, Barton finally returned to his family house, taking Kate Bishop and Lucky to spend the Christmas together. While Bishop was getting acquainted with the Barton family, Clint reunited with Laura and returned her the S.H.I.E.L.D.-issued watch that got stolen by the Tracksuit Mafia. Barton and Bishop also burned the Ronin suit to prevent it from being worn again.[2]
