Baron Zemo's Mask was being kept in one of the antique vehicles in the Zemo family storage garage. When Helmut Zemo was collecting his former belongings before leaving for a mission in Madripoor with Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes, he noticed the purple mask sitting on the seat and decided to collect it. Zemo did not wear his mask until a confrontation with bounty hunters who were after Barnes, Wilson, Zemo, and Sharon Carter. Zemo put the mask on and wore it while attacking the bounty hunters, giving Barnes, Wilson, and Carter a chance to escape. Zemo defeated the bounty hunters and found a car, taking the mask off before stealing it and leaving with Barnes and Wilson.[1]
