First Residence[]
Having returned to his home country, Bucky Barnes was offered a deal by the United States of America, wherein they would pardon him for his crimes as the Winter Soldier under the conditions that he undergo psychoevaluation to prove that he would no longer revert to his life as an assassin. Barnes agreed, and was given an apartment in Brooklyn, New York City, while routinely visiting Christina Raynor for his therapy.[1]
Sitting on the floor, Barnes watched the news about John Walker being designated as the new Captain America.[2]
