The Barbaria were genetically mutated soldiers created by the Enclave.
History
The Barbaria were created through gene splicing, which the Enclave used on their own soldiers. The results were mixed, for while the Barbaria were enhanced, they were also unstable. The Enclave deployed the Barbaria to fight the Hulk many times during their conflict with him, though they were always defeated by him.[1]
