Monster Hunting Career[]
Barasso was a notorious monster hunter who had amassed a kill count of twenty-six.[1]
Bloodstone Ceremony[]
Barasso listens to Ulysses Bloodstone
Barasso was invited to the Bloodstone Manor in 2025. He arrived to see many monster hunters and sat down. Verussa Bloodstone then entered and brought out a box containing the corpse of Ulysses Bloodstone, a famous hunter. The puppeteered corpse told everyone that they were going on a hunt. Whoever killed the monster would earn the Bloodstone. Barasso then called out Elsa Bloodstone for not being a hunter. Liorn backed him up, but Verussa said she was fair game as well.
Barasso sneaking around the maze
Outside, the group chanted words as Jack Russell was the first to go into the temple. Barasso and the others soon followed, sneaking around corner. Later, Barasso heard an explosion and ran to see the commotion. When he arrived, he saw Russell get thrown back after touching the Bloodstone. Man-Thing escaped as well. When Verussa arrived, Azarel said what happened and Barasso confirmed it. Verussa then caged up both Elsa and Russell, as she realized Russell was a monster.
Barasso is attacked by Werewolf by Night
Barasso, Azarel, and Verussa were the only ones left, so they put on masks and walked into the room holding Russell and Elsa. They watched as Verussa cursed Russell with the Bloodstone, turning him into a Werewolf. With his strength, Russell broke out of the cage and hid. Barasso looked around until Russell jumped down, taking out a guard. Barasso attacked Russell, only to be swiftly beaten. Russell then bit Barasso's ear off before throwing him.
Barasso is killed by Elsa Bloodstone
The injured Barasso managed to get up and grabbed a sword. He then charged at Elsa, who also grabbed a sword of her own. Elsa blocked an attack by Barasso and the two fought. Elsa eventually knocked Barasso down and sliced his neck, killing him.[1]
