Barack Hussein Obama II is an American politician who served as the 44th President of the United States from 2009 to 2013. He was succeeded by Matthew Ellis.

Presidency[]
In 2008, Barack Obama was elected for President of the United States[3] and took office in January 2009.[4] His picture during his first term was displayed in Desperito's Pizzeria.[5] On one occasion, he sang the Al Green song "Let's Stay Together" during a fundraising event in New York.[6] At one point Obama posed for a picture with Piranha Jones, which Jones displayed in his office.[7] Obama also later posed for a picture with Delmar, which Delmar displayed in Delmar's Deli & Grill.[8]
Obama's "Hope" poster used during his 2008 presidential campaign inspired Tony Stark to make a poster of himself based on the Obama's poster. Stark had his poster exhibited in his Malibu's Mansion.[9] The poster was later stored in Happy Hogan's Condominium.[10]
In 2012, Obama publicly declared his support for the right of same-sex couples to marry legally.[11]
David Maraniss wrote a book on Obama's life called Barack Obama: The Story.[1]
