The Badoon are a primitive race living in a world beyond the Nine Realms that were observed by Heimdall.
History
When the Rainbow Bridge was destroyed, the Badoon seized to opportunity to wage a civil war between several of their clans. As the Asgardians could not interfere due to the absence of an efficient means to travel between worlds, the savagery and bloodlust of the Badoon soon spread to other planets.[1]

- While Marvel Studios held the comic book rights to the Badoon, hence their appearance in Thor: The Dark World Prelude, the cinematic rights to the Badoon were owned by 20th Century Fox until March 2019, following the acquisition of 20th Century Fox by Walt Disney Studios.
