Baal-Gad is a Chronicom hunter.
Biography
- "Take your men. Follow S.H.I.E.L.D. protocol to flush out all personnel."
- ―Malachi to Baal-Gad[src]
Baal-Gad was a Chronicom Hunter serving under Malachi's orders. When Enoch helped S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons to escape from the Chronicoms, Baal-Gad suggested gathering a team to hunt them down. However, he was told by Malachi that it would not be necessary as the Chronicoms could access all of Fitz's and Simmons' memories due to their forced use of the Cerebral Fusion Machine.[1]
Baal-Gad later stood by Malachi's side when the Chronicom Hunters requested from Atarah to form a group in order to seek a new planet to be turned into Chronyca-3. Due to Atarah rejecting this suggestion, she was murdered by Malachi without Baal-Gad intervening whatsoever as he approved Malachi's decision of considering Atarah a flaw in their plan.[2]
Baal-Gad thus took part in a massive assault on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Lighthouse, taking down many operativees with his Chronicom Rifle. Using the knowledge of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s emergency protocols learned from Simmons, Baal-Gad and his squad ambushed, lined up and executed several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, including Agent Trevor Khan. In the end, the Chronicoms took full control of the Lighthouse in order to seize S.H.I.E.L.D.'s secrets and dismantle the agency so their conquest of Earth would be unhindered.[3]
