- Vibranium Arm Brace: B'Kai's secret weapon. An arm brace powered by Vibranium which increases his strength and durability. He wielded it once in a fight against Achilles.
- Wakandan Healing Spray: A healing device which B'kai owns. He once used it to heal a wound inflicted in his hand by a Trojan arrow shot.
- War Dogs Communication Device: B'kai also owns a War Dogs Communication Device, which he once used to report his progress on his mission to retrieve the Vibranium pendant in possession of Helen of Troy.

- In the comics, Memnon is the warrior-king of the Aethiopians who led the tribesmen and Trojans into battle against the Argives.
