The Automatic TVA Timer was a timer that Ouroboros gave Loki to let him know when the timer was synced to the Temporal Loom.

In order for Loki to cure his time-slipping, he needed to prune himself right as the Temporal Loom was fixed by Mobius M. Mobius with the Temporal Aura Extractor. Ouroboros gave Loki the timer which would turn green once Mobius succeeded. This would mean Loki would have to prune himself. Suddenly, Loki time-slipped into the future. As he searched for a Time Stick, the timer turned green, meaning he was late. However, he managed to be pruned by his future self right before Ouroboros closed the doors.[1][2]
