The Attack on the Somali Pirates' Ship was a mission undertaken by Tony Stark to stop the pirates on a ship.
Background[]
Tony Stark, against S.H.I.E.L.D.'s wishes, announced to the world that he was the superhero known as Iron Man.[1] Soon after, he began going on many missions to rescue people, killing terrorists associated with the Ten Rings and interrupting other military missions. Despite being asked by James Rhodes to stop, he continued to save lives, and encountered a ship that Stark recognized as belonging to Somali pirates.[2]
Attack[]
Iron Man caused an explosion on the Somali pirate ship, causing many of the pirates to die. J.A.R.V.I.S. began to confirm that the passengers were indeed pirates by cross-checking with the International Maritime Bureau. but Stark insisted that it was not necessary, as he was certain that they were Somalian pirates. He successfully defeated all of the pirates.[2]
Aftermath[]
With the Somali pirates defeated, Tony Stark visited his father's mansion, reflecting on the past. The United States Air Force later summoned Stark to Kabul but continued to mistrust him, so they launched their Aerodynamic Marvel.[2]
