The Attack on the Red Dust Cell was a Red Room mission planned by Dreykov and carried out by Yelena Belova and a few Black Widows in order to retrieve the Red Dust by any means necessary.

Yelena Belova and Ingrid spied on Oksana, but were eventually spotted. Oksana tried to make her escape with the dust as Belova followed behind her.
As Oksana tried to make her way through the town, she was ambushed by Belova as the two fought over the case. Oksana tried to fight Belova, though she was stabbed by her as she fell to the ground. Belova, believing it was over, walked over to the case, but Oksana was still alive. Hearing Oksana's cries, Belova flipped Oksana over, but she deployed the Red Dust, restoring Belova as Oksana bled out. Oksana demanded Belova to free the others as she died. Belova removed her tracker and make her escape with the case.[1]

Dreykov watched from the Red Room Academy as he gave permission to deploy Taskmaster. She was eventually deployed to find the Red Dust, though to no avail. Yelena Belova would eventually live in hiding from the Red Room, though Natasha Romanoff found Belova again after Taskmaster's attack on her life.[1]
