The Att-Lass Skrull was one of the Skrulls who lived in Torfa.

Ambush in Torfa[]
As one of the Skrull refugees on Torfa under Talos' command, he disguised himself as a Torfan in order to deceive Starforce, who had been lured onto the planet. Once the Starforce arrived, witnessing that Minn-Erva had split from the rest and taken position as a sniper, he disguised himself as Att-Lass to convince her not to shoot at the Torfans, who were Skrulls in disguise. Minn-Erva believed him, but shortly after, she looked through her weapon's scope and saw Att-lass among the rest of her teammates, and realized that the one standing next to her was an imposter. The two then began to fight, which ended with Minn-Erva shooting the Skrull in the chest, killing him and revealing his true Skrull identity.[1]
