Astrans are an alien race and one of the members of the Confederacy.
History
As part of the Confederacy, the Astrans made a deal with HYDRA, promising to help Earth face a powerful enemy in exchange for ressources. In fact, the Confederacy were just using HYDRA to get what they wanted, Gravitonium and Inhuman slaves, before Earth doom.[1]

- In the comics, the Astrans posses natural Metal Manipulation powers, which they use in their pursuit of art. An Astran named Molyb became the villain Metal Master and was one of the earlier enemies of Hulk.
