The Asgardian Royal Family is the ruling family of Asgard.

History

Battle of New York

Faking his death, Loki Laufeyson traveled to Earth to try and conquer it. He was then stopped by his brother, Thor, and the Avengers and subsequently captured. Alexander Pierce then ordered the Loki to be turned over to S.H.I.E.L.D. but Thor informed him he would be taken back to Asgard to answer to Odin. But when the Avengers from another universe came to recover the Space and Mind Stones, Loki escaped to the Gobi Desert, where he was captured by the Time Variance Authority.
