Asa Henderson is a former Louisiana State Senator and member of the Promenade Society.

Favor for Nephew[]
Born in the old and powerful family, Asa Henderson became a Louisiana State Senator. He also joined the Promenade Society that was founded by his ancestor years ago. With possession of valuable blackmail material, Henderson was able to increase his influence within the state even more than possible.
Henderson was contacted by his nephew, James Connors, who accidentally shot and killed Billy Johnson. In order to keep his nephew out of jail, Henderson used his position within Promenade Society and cleaned Connors, bribing and blackmailing judges and NOPD officers. Upon Henderson's request, Connors was transferred to the Vice unit, as his personal data was erased from the system.[2]
Dealing with Roxxon[]
During a board meeting to approve the investigation of an officer using excessive force against a woman. Henderson made sure Adina Johnson voted against it.[3] Henderson then went to the sauna after a swim. With a towel over his face, he heard someone inside. He looked around only to find no one.[2] Soon later, Henderson was arrested when James Connors was killed, leading to the secrets of his involvement to come out.[4]
