Attending a donor dinner hosted by Wilson Fisk, Arthur Sledge and his wife Artemis spoke with Fisk about his project to restore Red Hook Pier and other ports around New York City. Arthur listened as his wife argued with Fisk about his project and warned him to not lose sight of who really controlled the city.[2] Shortly after, Arthur went missing, and Artemis became fearful of Mayor Fisk's power and actions.[3]
